Things You Need To Know

  • Please verify the date, time, and location of your event prior to booking us. If you need to make changes to your event after booking us, you will need to cancel and re-book the event. All applicable fees will apply.
  • We highly appreciate Internet access at the venue but it is not required. Internet access will greatly enhance your event by expanding our abilities and library selection.
  • You are required to sign a contract at the time of booking that specifies the conditions on this page and the payment schedule. The contract MUST be signed by someone over 18 years of age to be legally binding.
  • The full remaining balance is required to be paid within one hour of the end of the event.
  • Refunds will not be issued except where agreed upon in the contract.
  • Under the rare circumstances that we are not able to attend your event, we will find a qualified replacement at no additional cost to you. You will be informed of this in advance and given the option of a full refund.
  • You must book at least 2 full weeks (14 days) before your event in order for us to make sure you can fit into our schedule. We prefer one month's notice if possible.
  • You are required to provide sufficient electricity to the place where you would like the DJ to be set up.
  • No matter whether the event is indoors or outdoors, you must provide us with sufficient protection from all weather conditions which may prove detrimental to our equipment.
  • We DO NOT rent our equipment out for use of other disc jockeys.
  • We will make every effort to play all requested songs, but do not guarantee that they will all get played.
  • Travel, setup, and takedown are all included in the cost of your event. Overtime is not included and will be billed according to the contract
  • While not required, music consultation meetings are available in advance to assist with the selection of songs to be played at your event. This will also assure that we have all of the tracks you hope to hear!

Choosing a good disc jockey is one of the most important parts of having a good party, dance, or other gathering. The difference between picking a good disc jockey and picking a cheap unprofessional disc jockey is huge. It is the difference between having your guests go home happy and liking your event or having them go home and not liking your event. All of our equipment is top-of-the-line and for every piece of equipment we have, there is a backup in the extreme case that something is to go wrong. We are dedicated to making sure your event goes as planned without any complications.

How far will you travel to an event?
We normally don't travel more than 50 miles and stay in the Prince William County, Stafford County, Fredericksburg, and Northern Virginia area but special accommodations can be made.


What is the minimum time frame you can DJ for?
The minimum time frame that we will DJ for is generally four hours. Please contact us first and ask because we may be able to work with you to DJ for a smaller time period.


How much do your disc jockey services cost?
Our disc jockey services are priced based on many factors. Each client pays a different amount depending on their needs and wants. Please contact us for further information and a free quote for your event.


Are there any limitations on where you can perform?
No, we are specialists in the field and can perform anywhere from your basement or backyard to a ball room, reception hall, or even a large field! Please keep in mind that sufficient electricity within a reasonable distance is required.


What are your payment procedures?
Within 48 hours of booking your event, a 50% deposit is required and we will be unable to guarentee availability until the deposit has been recieved. We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, and PayPal. After your event has ended, the remaining balance is due within one hour. This is non-negotiable unless you have made arrangements with us at the time of booking.


How far in advance can we book?
You can book an event up to one year before the event takes place. However, you must book your event at a minimum of two weeks in advance of the event so that we have ample time to prepare.


If my event lasts longer than expected, will you stay?
Yes, we are always willing to work overtime for an additional charge, which will be agreed upon in the contract. However, it is not recommended as to rely on this as our DJs are not required to stay longer than the time agreed upon.


Will you play CD's that guests bring?
While we will play recordings that we are familiar with, the general answer is no, we do not play music provided by guests. We are professionals trained to work with the material we are given and can only guarantee a quality performance if we are familiar with the music. However, if a guest brings a recording that you are particularly fond of, we will play it if we have permission directly from you, the client.


What genres of music do you have?
We have a very diverse library which features music for all types of events. To find out if we have the style of music that you're looking for, please contact us directly. If we don't already have it, we can obtain it at no additional cost to you!


Can we give you a block list of certain songs not to play?
Yes, we always appreciate our customers requesting that certain tracks, either specifically or generally, be rejected for play during your event. This helps us optimize the expereince for both you and your guests! Please make sure to speak with us in advance about this, however, so that we have ample time to plan accordingly.
