Step 1: Consultation

The first step in having a website is a consultation. A consultation is a meeting where we decide what your business needs for a website. We talk over how things work, what you will need to do, show you a contract, and give you a special discount. If, after the consultation, you decide you do not want a website, this is fine. Consultations are 100% free. If you decide you would like to work with us, you will then sign the contract and be assigned your client information.

Step 2: The Planning Process

After we have decided what type of website your business needs, we will then start to plan. The initial phase of drafting a design will involve gathering some examples of existing marketing material so we can provide you with a web presence that ties in with your existing company image. If you require new original material, or you would like to custom design your website with your material, we can work together to create an all-in-one package to fit your requirements.

Step 3: Designing

This is your final step. After you have decided what you want your website to be and we have all the necessary information, we will start to design your website. Although there is a maximum of 45 days in the contract, we will usually finish within 20-30 days of signing the contract. After the initial design is complete, we will submit the website to an editing company. They will correct any grammar or spelling changes that need to be made. Then we will publish it to the servers. If you have never had a website, we will put the website on our website hosting servers. See "Domains and Hosting" at the top for prices. If you wish to keep your old providers, then we will either a)publish the website to your servers, or b)give you the website on a disk for you to publish yourself.
